EMGuidance Script: Dispensing system integrations

Enhancing efficiency with EMGuidance Script integrations into dispensing systems, improving workflow for healthcare providers and patients. Streamlining script access and processing for better patient outcomes.

To further enhance the accessibility and efficiency of accessing scripts created on the EMGuidance platform, we are excited to announce the upcoming integration of dispensing systems with various pharmacy groups. These integrations will streamline the process by sending scripts directly to the selected pharmacy's dashboard or dispensing system, eliminating the need for manual retrieval from emails. This not only reduces administrative burden but also ensures that the script is promptly captured on the dispensing system, allowing pharmacists to focus more of their time on patient care.

With this new feature, pharmacists will have the ability to cross-reference the captured information against the signed PDF script and any capturing amendments can be made if desired. This innovation aims to optimise workflow efficiency, resulting in a more seamless experience for both healthcare providers and patients.

Furthermore, the audit log and tracking history of actions on the script will remain intact and be further enhanced with detailed dispensing information. This additional data will not only assist doctors in making informed treatment decisions but also provide a comprehensive record of all actions taken on the script, further reducing risk of fraud.

The integration into the Dis-Chem dispensing dashboard is now active, with other corporates to follow soon. Independent pharmacies will also have the option to turn on an EMGuidance Script/ e-script integration through their dispensing software vendor if available.

While patients will continue to follow the same process when obtaining their medication, these integrations will operate seamlessly in the background, ensuring a more efficient experience at the pharmacy. We are confident that these advancements will transform the way scripts are accessed and processed, ultimately leading to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction.
