Job Title: Junior Graphic & Digital Content Designer.

Job Overview

The Junior Graphic & Digital Content Designer is responsible for supporting the marketing and product teams with the creation, execution and optimisation of digital assets across web, email and social platforms.

You will design and update website pages, landing pages and supporting web assets, create branded email campaigns and templates, and develop social media and paid campaign graphics aligned to marketing objectives.

Your role is execution focused. You will ensure brand consistency, support UX/UI improvements, maintain organised digital asset libraries, and assist with ad hoc creative and administrative requirements as needed. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure assets are delivered accurately, on time and in line with campaign and product goals.

Job Requirements

The following points outline the job requirements:

Digital Design & Execution

  • Design and update website pages and landing pages in line with marketing and product briefs

  • Support ongoing UX/UI improvements across web and product environments

  • Create and build branded email campaigns and templates

  • Develop social media graphics, paid media assets and supporting campaign materials

  • Produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
    Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print deliverables

Campaign & Operational Support

  • Work closely with marketing to execute campaign visuals across multiple channels

  • Maintain and organise digital asset libraries and templates

  • Adapt existing creative for different formats and placements

  • Upload and publish approved content to social media platforms and email marketing systems

  • Assist with ad hoc creative tasks and related administrative requirements

  • Support internal stakeholders with design needs as required

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy and alignment with approved brand guidelines

  • Follow internal processes for review and approval of creative outputs

  • Manage version control and asset updates across platforms

Projects and Reporting

  • Compile and deliver reports to stakeholders as per the agreed upon reporting period

  • Execute on internal projects as per the project plan

  • Proactively refine design systems and processes to enhance efficiency, consistency and speed of campaign execution

Other

  • Investigate new systems and processes for creating operational efficiencies

  • Review and update of SOPs

  • Content transcription

Experience

  • Proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation

  • Experience designing for web, email and social platforms

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Experience working with Canva in a brand-controlled environment

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI best practices

  • Advantageous: Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailmodo or similar email marketing platforms

  • Computer proficiency to configuring solutions on Partner management systems

  • Proficient in Google Suite

  • Advantageous: Previous work experience in a medical organisation and/or Instructional design

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or related field
