Updating contact details on patient profile
Have you moved? Changed your phone number? Noticed discrepancies on your patient profile?
Please note: if you need to update any information on your patient profile (for example, your address, contact details, date of birth, or email address), you should send a request to the doctor to update your profile. They will be able to review and implement the changes you require.
Disclaimer: If you are unable to receive the OTP to grant the current doctor access to your profile, please email script@emguidance.com with your ID number, full name and the prescriber who needs access.
