Subscriber Onboarding

You have signed up and taken out a subscription, now what?

After you have taken out an EMGuidance Script subscription, what happens next? You will go through a short “onboarding” process. This is an administrative step that completes your activation and ensures you can start e-scripting as quickly and safely as possible.

A key part of onboarding is setting up your Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) certificate with TrustFactory. The AES is essential in your digital scripting journey because it validates each prescription and keeps your prescribing compliant with current legislation.

To complete the TrustFactory setup, please ensure you have the following ready:

  • A laptop or desktop computer with a working microphone and camera

  • An authenticator app (Google or Microsoft Authenticator) installed on your phone

  • A copy or clear image of your ID document, passport, or driver’s licence (no certification required)

  • Your physical, original ID document, passport, or driver’s licence
