Start 14-day Free Trial
Doctors initiating a trial get 14 days of platform access (excluding recurrent S6 and scheduling). Trial scripts use a domain certificate, not AES, which is clearly marked. Doctors must complete their profile, accept T&Cs, and acknowledge the trial-script status before starting. They can subscribe anytime and continue in trial mode during AES onboarding, which can be extended for delays. Upgrade reminders appear on the second and every fifth script.
- Doctors who initiate a trial receive 14 days of access to the scripting platform.
- All features are available during the trial, except for recurrent S6 functionality and script scheduling.
- Scripts generated in trial mode are signed with a domain certificate, not an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES); this is clearly indicated on each script.
- Before starting scripting, doctors must complete their professional and practice information.
- At any time during the trial, doctors may subscribe and begin the AES onboarding process.
- While onboarding is ongoing, doctors can continue to script in trial mode until the 14-day period ends.
- If there are Trustfactory-related delays, trial access can be individually extended.
- Doctors must accept the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that trial scripts are not AES-signed.
- Upgrade notifications appear on the second script and then every fifth script thereafter.
