How to Sign up Pharmacy Store

Pharmacies register a free store account to appear on the patient list. Access scripts using the script code or patient ID. The pharmacy view enables dispensing capture and printing the signed script, with all actions recorded in an audit log.

      • Pharmacies can register for a pharmacy store account on EMGuidance to manage and access scripts.
      • Registration is free of charge for pharmacies, removing financial barriers.
      • The sign-up process is tailored: users select whether they are registering as a healthcare professional or as a pharmacy store.
      • Pharmacies must register for a store account using their dispensary email address, allowing verification through the pharmacy’s Y number according to standard operating procedures.
      • Upon successful registration, each pharmacy is automatically included in a pre-populated list, making it easy for patients to select their preferred pharmacy when sending EMGuidance Script prescriptions.
      • Pharmacies offering courier services should indicate this by selecting the ‘courier’ option during sign-up, so patients can readily identify courier pharmacies in the system.
      • Patients are matched to nearby pharmacies using geolocation; results are sorted by distance and then alphabetically, with no fees or promotions required for higher placement in the list.
