How to send script to pharmacy
Ever wondered how the digital script flows from point A-B?
When you receive a script notification from your doctor—whether by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Select the link labeled "Click here to view your script" to access your prescription.
After opening the link, you will be asked to enter your date of birth (DOB) to proceed to the script preview. Alternatively, you may choose to click the green "Email to pharmacy" button, which will prompt a search for nearby pharmacies. Simply select your preferred pharmacy and then click the "Confirm and Send" button to continue.
You can also view a preview of your scripts before sending it to the pharmacy. Once you have entered your date of birth, the script preview will be displayed. To proceed, click the blue "Send to pharmacy" button located at the bottom of the screen. This will open the pharmacy search feature—please ensure your device location is enabled to help identify nearby pharmacies.

After selecting your preferred pharmacy, a popup message will guide you to “Confirm and send” your script. If you already know the pharmacy’s email address, you can also choose the “Manually add pharmacy email” option to send your digital script directly.

To complete the process, click the blue "Confirm and send" button to submit your script to the selected pharmacy. For a step-by-step overview, please refer to the patient support PDF, available here.
If you do not see your preferred pharmacy in the available list, you can manually enter the dispensary's email address into the appropriate field. The prescription will then be securely sent to the specified email address.
