Difficulties with opening your script preview with your DOB?

If you have tried to open your script preview and receive an error message after entering your date of birth (DOB), work through the following checks step by step:

  • Confirm that you are using the exact DOB format required by the system.

  • Check that you have not accidentally swapped your birth month and day.

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

If the error continues after these checks, contact your prescribing doctor or doctor’s rooms to confirm that your DOB has been captured correctly in their system. If it has been recorded incorrectly, ask them to update it before attempting to access your script preview again.
