Regulation 33 of the Medicines and Related Substances Act
Scripts prepared on the EMGuidance Script platform are prepared using an "electronic agent" and authenticated using the prescriber's Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) certificate, ensuring they meet the legal requirements of electronic prescribing as stipulated in Regulation 33 of the Medicines Act. The resulting AES-signed PDF is considered the original prescription.
