Pharma’s digital presence is expanding quickly. You can see it in the number of platforms being used, the volume of content going out, the steady push toward more “engagement.” But when you take a step back, the picture feels… less certain.

What’s actually working?
What’s just activity dressed up as progress?
And where does digital really sit when decisions are made at a strategic level?

These aren’t always easy questions to answer. Or maybe they’re just not asked often enough, at least not openly.

That’s what this conversation set out to explore.
